For centuries, cultures around the world have appreciated the value of creating beautiful objects, votives, dolls, or artistic figures for social communication, rituals, play, or simply to bestow blessings. Expressing our thoughts, observations, and interpretations of the world around us with artistic beauty is a language we are all gifted with. The creative process is unique and ever changing for each individual. A beautiful image, a poetic phrase, or just the tactile quality of making something with our hands are a few examples the ways we gather creative inspiration. Imagine~Arte Salon is a creative sanctuary. All guests are invited and encouraged to explore, design, and create art that enriches our lives with meaning and beauty. Salons are limited to 12 registrants. Salons begin on Wednesday evening, and continue for 3 full days, from 8:30 - 4:00 pm (lunch will be provided on these days). All are invited to explore the downtown district of Santa Fe, Canyon Road, or one of the many Museums in the late afternoons after the salon and Sunday, individually or collectively.
